Firestone Complete Auto Care

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Firestone. I dropped my vehicle off for a service that should have been handled in a reasonable amount of time. Instead, I had enough time to leave the shop, go to the gym, complete an entire workout, and return — and when I came back, my car was still sitting in the exact same spot and the service hadn’t even been started. That is beyond a normal delay. That is a complete disregard for a customer’s time. If your shop is too busy to service a vehicle, say that upfront. I would have much rather been told that there was going to be a significant wait than waste hours sitting around expecting my vehicle to be worked on. There was absolutely no reason I should have been able to complete an entire workout and return before anyone even moved my vehicle. I brought my car to Firestone expecting professional service, communication, and basic respect for my time. Instead, I received none of those things. Do yourself a favor and ask how long your vehicle will actually be sitting there before leaving it with this location. My experience was extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time.

Bought a tire back in February. Here we are come July and drove to work on a flat. Called and Hector told me he could get me in ASAP with no appointment. Got there and Mike walked me through the whole process. Free repair or only $60 for the replacement. Well worth the warranty. Exceptional service. Amazing team!

I had an excellent experience at Firestone thanks to Mike and Hector! From the moment I arrived, they were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure my vehicle was taken care of. They kept me informed throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s hard to find people who provide this level of customer service these days, and Mike and Hector went above and beyond. I truly appreciate their honesty, kindness, and dedication to getting the job done right. Thank you both for taking such great care of me! I highly recommend Firestone and will definitely be back for future service. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 10/10 customer service! Thank you, Mike and Hector! 😊🚗✨

The customer service at this location is absolutely amazing! Every time I arrive, I am greeted and all of my automotive concerns are addressed in a timely manner. I bought four new tires along with insurance for them for a great price. I also returned to have my car completely inspected and my tires rotated before a road trip, and they took care of everything. Highly recommend!

Each and every time I've come into the Firestone Stagg Drive location from the very 1st time . I've always been treated with care and concern for any issues I brought my car in for. They have great Customer Service and excellent work performance. Mr. Mike is always helpful and if he's not available on the day I come in Mr. Hector or Mr. Joshua always take care of me. Thanks Guys
